1. Gather all information on loan basics.

2. Use the online pricing engine, make sure you share as much informaion as possible.

3. Wait 24 hours. You will receive a "soft approval" of follow up questions on the request.

4. Speak directly with your designated account manager about the pricing and program.

5. Present to your client.

 

Pricing Or Program Finding A New Loan Scenario - Wholesale (working with broker, realtor, banker or third party)

   

1. Gather all information on loan basics.

2. Have your approved broker use the online pricing engine, make sure they share as much information as possible.

3. Wait 24 hours. You will receive a "soft approval" of follow up questions on the request.

4. Speak directly with your designated account manager about the pricing and program.

5. Present and share all the information with your referring broker.


Starting New Loan Retail

1. Have the 1003 loan application or commercial loan application filled out.

​2. Make sure borrower authorization signed and if purchase, a copy of the contract.

3. Use the online system- start loan fill out entre form in detail upload above documents.

4. Wait 24 hours. You will receive a full approval or follow up questions.

5. Review approval directly with the underwriter.

6. Present to client have them sign.

7. Gather loan conditions that are on approval as fast as possible.

8. Work with your account manager- they will guide the entire process fast.

9. Once all underwriter conditions are in, loan docs will be sent to escrow.

10. Make sure client signs loan docs.

11. Loan funds and records. Money distributed at closing.

12. Start next deal right away.


Starting New Loan Wholesale
