How It Works - The Process

 

New Loan Quote Pricing Or Program Finder - Retail (working direct to customer)

 

1. Gather all information on loan basics.

2. Use the online wholesale pricing engine, make sure you share as much information as possible.

3. Wait 2-3 hours or if after business hours the next day. You will receive a quote approval or follow up questions on the request.

4. Speak directly with your designated account manager about the pricing and go over the program.

5. Present to your client.

New Loan Quote Pricing Or Program Finder - Wholesale (working with broker, realtor, banker or third party)

   

1. Gather all information on loan basics.

2. Use the online wholesale pricing engine, please share as much information as possible. Please make Wholesale on engine.

3. Wait 2- 3 hours or if after business hours the next day. You will receive a quote approval or follow up questions on the request.

4. Speak directly with your designated account manager about the pricing and go over the program.

5. Present and share all the information with your referring broker. Make sure all communication and follow up is through you.


Starting New Loan - Retail

1. Have the submission form, 1003 loan application or commercial loan application filled out.

​2. Make sure borrower authorization signed and if purchase, a copy of the contract but not needed.

3. Use the online Submission system- start new loan fill out entire form in detail and upload the documents.

4. If submitted by 2 p.m. Pacific loan approval will be sent out at 5 p.m. Otherwise, it will be the next morning. You will receive a full approval with conditions or follow up questions.

5. Review approval directly with the account manager or underwriter.

6. Present to client have them sign the approval.

7. Gather loan conditions and upload in Online system: appraisal, title report escrow, signed approval and any other docs.

8. Work with your account manager- they will guide the entire process fast.

9. Once all underwriter conditions are in, loan docs will be sent directly to escrow.

10. Make sure client signs loan docs.

11. Loan funds and records. Money distributed directly at closing.

Success! Start next deal right away.

10. Make sure the broker and the client signs loan docs.

11. Loan funds and records. Money distributed directly at closing.

How To Get A Pre-Approval For A Borrower or Realtor To Help A Purchase Transaction - Retail or Wholesale

1. Use the online Pre-Approval Engine mark the box Pre-Approval needed. Share as much information as possible.

2. Wait 2-3 hours or if after business hours the next day. You will receive a Pre-Approval letter via email, please check spam.

3. Present to your client, broker or agent/realtor.

Submitting Prior to Doc Conditions For Review - Retail or Wholesale

1. Use the online submission system and mark continued file in progress.

2. Make sure to upload all the documents and please upload 1 at a time.

3. Or you can always email in conditions directly to your account manager.

4. All up to 24 hours to sign off conditions.

Note: Maximum size for each document upload is 10 MB

Submitting Prior to Funding Conditions For Review - Retail or Wholesale

1. Use the online submission system and mark continued file in progress.

2. Make sure to upload all the documents and please upload 1 at a time.

3. Or you can always email in conditions directly to your account manager.

4. All up to 24 hours to sign off funding conditions.
